A consumer study conducted by Covetrus found its new product Covetrus Pulse (Pulse), a first-of-its-kind program that consolidates applications that practices need daily into an all-in-one system, saves time and is easy to implement at veterinary clinics. The findings showed the product can save up to 3 hours per work week and save practice managers 45 minutes daily, making the overall results of the product more efficient and profitable for practices.1
“Covetrus Pulse combines everything I need in one place, saving around 30 minutes per day. The time savings really adds up, allowing us to see more patients but also to stay on schedule, which is critical to delivering a good customer experience,” said Stacy Enke, DVM, practice owner of Martinez Animal Hospital in Martinez, California, in an organizational release.

The study surveyed 2,500 practices throughout North America that have used the product since 2022, asking about their experience. According to the release, nearly two-thirds of those surveyed reported Covetrus Pulse was easy to implement at the clinic and helpful for training staff. Out of the front office respondents, 7 out of 10 said it was easy to use and train team members on.
