SPOKANE, Wash. — Are you or someone you know struggling to stop vaping or smoking?

The Spokane Regional Health District introduced a new app from the Washington State Department of Health called 2Morrow Health.

2Morrow Health helps you create a plan to stop vaping or smoking, offering you ways to manage your cravings and track your progress in order to stick to your plan to quit.

The app provides advice and resources to help you stay motivated to stop vaping or smoking. You can also tell the app how you are feeling on a day to day basis.

There are two different programs that you can choose from the app.

The Smoking and Tobacco program is used for people who want to quit smoking or other tobacco use. This program has a special program for pregnant women.

The Vaping (13+) program helps teenagers and young adults stop vaping. Older adults who vape and do not smoke can also use this program.
